Proposed Evaluation Criteria : - The DPRK RCS have successfully completed a Statutes revision process in accordance with the Guidance for National Societies Statutes, relevant Council of Delegates and International Conference Resolutions, and recommandations of the ISC.

Pledge text : By the end of 2012, the National Society of DPR Korea Red Cross pledges to complete a process of review and revision of its Constitution and related instruments, in lin with the Minimum Requirements for National Society Statutes and to work in this view in close consultation with the ICRC, the International Federation and the Joint ICRC / International Federation Commission.
