Proposed Evaluation Criteria : Australian Red Cross is well funded National Society with great respect for the Fundamental Principles of the International Red Cross Red Crescent Movement, the emblems of protection and international humanitairan law.

Pledge text : To ensure that all Australian Red Cross staff, volunteers and members are adequately trained in:
- the importance of the Fundamental principles of the International Red Cross Red Crescent Movement;
- the correct use of the protective emblem; and
- the basic principles of international humanitarian law.
