For the years 2012-2015, we hereby pledge:

The Philippine Government and the Philippine Red Cross pledge to collaborate over the next four years to review and assess the potential regulatory challenges that might impede rapid and equitable shelter solutions to those displaced by natural disasters in the country and to promote dialogue on practical solutions.
