Pledge text : Joint Pledge: Legal Preparedness for International Disaster Response

For the years 2012-2015, we hereby pledge:

The Philippine Government and the National Society of the Philippines pledge to collaborate over the next four (4) years to review and assess domestic laws, procedures and institutional frameworks for international disaster response in light of the Guidelines on the Domestic Facilitation and Regulation of International Disaster Relief and Initial Recovery Assistance, in order to determine whether any elements can be strengthened.
