- Revision of the National Society strategies on youth and volunteering.
- Youth and volunteering management system being delivered in the National Society.
- Annual measures of capacity built and programmes delivered.

Pledge text : For the years 2012-2015, we hereby pledge: We undertake to train our volunteers in the provision of effective first aid, international humanitarian law and humanitarian principles, and in addressing matters pertaining to our own security while working in situations of armed conflict, violence and other emergency situations, as well as to develop the youth movement as the generation of the future.
