Proposed Evaluation Criteria : - A dialogue between the Government and the Red Cross/Red Crescent society has been established.
- Obstacles preventing access to protection and humanitarian assistance have been identified and analysed.
- Joint efforts to remove obstacles and to find practical solutions are being implemented.

Pledge text : We acknowledge that access to protection and humanitarian assistance is essential to strengthen the well-being of vulnerable migrants and therefore we pledge to strengthen our partnership and join efforts to ensure that all migrants, regardless of legal status, have access to protection and humanitarian assistance.
